Our livestock are bagged with sufficient oxygen for them to survive for at least 3 days in the confined space. We highly recommend drip acclimation as soon as possible upon arrival. We do our utmost best to ensure your fish arrive safe and sound in healthy conditions and will NEVER send or sell a sick fish. Please take note that certain species are prone to ich due to stress and change in water temperatures, therefore a quarantine facility is highly recommended. When ordering livestock please select the box size and add it to your cart for an estimated shipping costs. this price can change as a bigger box or even a smaller box is used than ordered. A small box can take 1-2 bags and a medium box 6 bags. One bag fits max 10 small (1-3cm) fish or max 2 medium (3-5cm) fish or max 1 large (>5cm) fish. WE WILL ONLY BAG ONE SPECY PER BAG. Eg: One bag of 10 neon tetra. Please note: The final courier costs will be communicated to you after you placed your order. Due to the complexity of this it can not be calculated before checkout. The website can only give an estimated cost of shipping. We only ship livestock and plants Monday to Wednesday nationally. Local shipment applicable to Gauteng only will continue as same day deliveries up and until Fridays to ensure livestock does not sit in Courier companies warehouses. All other products can be shipped Monday to Friday.
