Glofish danio

Genetically modified Zebra danios come in 6 fluorescent colours. These colors are achieved by inserting a gene from jellyfish or other organisms into the danio's genome, causing them to glow under white or UV light. The original zebrafish is native to rivers in India and Bangladesh, and is typically 3 centimeters long with gold and dark blue stripes. GloFish come in various colors like red, orange, yellow, lime green, blue, and purple. GloFish typically live for 3-5 years. GloFish are egg-scattering fish and can be bred in groups or with single male/female pairs. GloFish are relatively easy to care for and thrive in a range of aquarium conditions, making them suitable for both beginner and experienced aquarists.
